Job Description
The Head of Fraud Operations will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing strategies and processes to detect, prevent, and mitigate fraud risks within the Company. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in fraud risk management, data analytics, and fraud investigation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to safeguard the company.
Job Description:
Responsible for developing, driving and executing the fraud risk management strategy that aligns with the company's objectives.Establish and maintain effective fraud detection tools, processes, and controls to identify and mitigate fraud risks across all business units.Stay current with emerging fraud trends, techniques, and industry best practices to ensure proactive fraud management.Lead and oversee investigations of suspected fraud incidents, ensuring complete and timely resolution.Provide regular reports to senior management on fraud risks, incidents, and mitigation activities.Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing fraud prevention team while providing ongoing training and development to enhance the team's capabilities and knowledge.Work closely with other departments, such as Customer Care, Compliance, Legal, IT, and Operations, to integrate fraud prevention efforts across the organization.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in fraud management, risk management, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership roleStrong understanding of fraud prevention and detection methodologies and a proven track record of managing complex fraud investigations in a leadership role.Proficiency in data analysis in order to examine fraud patterns, leading to fraud prevention.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage all levels of stakeholders.Strong command of English and Indonesian Bahasa.
